Exceptional Location in Historic Downtown!
Located directly across from the World Renowned City Market, this deluxe studio has been lovingly restored to keep the elegance of yesteryear with all the modern luxuries and amenities. The studio is impressive, well appointed, private (there are only two studios in our building!) and secure (keyless entry locks). We provide soaps, towels, coffee & water! We adhere to a strict cleaning protocol to provide a safe and clean environment for you to appreciate.
The Space:
The studio is lovingly restored to keep the appeal of yesteryear with the enjoyment of modern luxury. The bespoke kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster & asst dishes. Gorgeously appointed bath with bespoke tiled walk in shower & granite vanity with lush bath towels. We offer a complimentary asst of coffee and teas. A plush pillow top bed with 1800 thread count sheets will ensure a restful sleep.
The studio overlooks the Charleston City Market building that was constructed in 1804. The Market area offers an abundance of shopping and nationally acclaimed eateries. You are sure to find enjoyment by visiting museums, touring the harbor or the famed Ft. Sumter, strolling through the historical neighborhoods and sneaking vistas of private Charleston courtyard gardens. King Street, known for designer shopping and antiquing, is only a block away.
Self parking is available in a covered garage at $20 per nighttime with in and out access. Please advise if you require parking as we will issue an additional payment request, thank you.
Guest Access:
A private main entrance (secured by a keyless entry code) opens up to the staircase leading up to the entryway on the second floor. The entry leads to a shared patio and to the other studio (we have two studios only in our building). Another staircase leads to the third floor studio (this listing). This building has no elevator. There is a private nook on the third floor landing, a ideal place to savor a glass of wine or to catch up on reading.
The Neighborhood:
We are immediately across from the Historic Charleston City Market dating back to 1804. Our location is second to none...shopping on King Street, dining in first class eateries, and discovering Revolutionary and Civil War history are all within simple walking distance. You are sure to find pleasure in visiting one of America's oldest museums, touring the Charleston Harbor by boat or visiting the famed Ft. Sumter, strolling through the adjoining historic neighborhoods and sneaking vistas of private Charleston courtyard gardens. King Street, known for designer shopping and antiquing and is only one block away.
Getting Around:
Most attractions, eateries, stores and galleries are within painless walking distance. A complimentary trolley stops immediately in front of our building. Bicycle taxis and horse drawn carriages (located on our street) are a fashionable way of getting around and discovering Charleston's historic treasures and landmarks.
Self-parking at a discounted rate is available in a covered and secured garage only one block from our building.
Other Things to Note:
Our building faces North Market Street and has a retail store on the ground floor and opens up to a beautiful courtyard in the back. The building (dating back to 1800) has no elevator.

We provide detailed check in instructions through e-mail. Guests check in themselves anytime after check in time.

Charleston Historic District, a neighborhood in Charleston, is home to this vacation home. Port of Charleston and Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit South Carolina Aquarium and Patriots Point.
