The condo is located on the 2nd floor of Building 10, about 30 exterior steps up to the door. Upon entry of the condo, you are greeted with a comfortable beach feel. The open concept floor plan combines the dining, living room, and kitchen on the main level, which is the ideal space to relax and entertain. The living room has a flat-screen TV, and the unit is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen is completely-equipped with all necessary cookware and everything you need to prepare lunch or dinner in the unit. There is generous seating for meals when you utilize both the dining table, which seats 6 guests, and the kitchen bar stools. The oceanfront balcony is ideal to relax and relax with a beverage or read a great book while watching the ocean waves.

The first bedroom is on the main lower level. It has two twin beds and a semi-private bathroom that also opens up to the hallway. The cavernous master suite is located on the second floor of the unit. It has a king bed and a private bathroom with granite countertops. The City of Isle of Palms newly announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August - September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.
