Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome. A separate pet fee will apply. Please supervise family pets outdoors and clean up after them to help keep the home guest-ready; additional cleaning costs may apply if additional service is needed.

Backyard & Marsh Area: The backyard is not entirely fenced and borders a marshy creek area, where water levels may rise with tides or rainfall. Guests should use caution and supervise pets and kids while outside.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Additional cleaning costs may apply if this policy is not followed.

Security Cameras: Exterior cameras face the front and back of the home for property care and added tranquility of mind due to the close by marsh.
