Drive six and a half miles away to visit Historic downtown Charleston and all of its impressive eateries, parks, and must-visit historic attractions including King St, 39 Meeting St, Rainbow Row, Folly Beach, James Island County Park, Gibbes Museum of Art, Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon, McLeod Plantation Historic Site, Colonial Lake Park, Nathaniel Russell House, White Point Garden, The Battery, and North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center.

As you enter this splendid, family-friendly getaway, you will discover a light-filled, modernized open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room featuring a fireplace and a sizable TV to keep you entertained during your stay. This is a marvelous spot to gather with your guests and appreciate an entertaining time at home. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with your culinary skills by preparing delicious homemade meals in the well-appointed open kitchen with a giant breakfast bar, bespoke cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The second floor homes all three bedrooms, with one of them being the primary suite featuring a TV and an en suite bath. Additional perks include a washer/dryer on the first floor.

  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
