About
Jump aboard our 20 passenger high end tour boat, The Dolphin Queen, and settle into an easygoing, on-the-water party just south of Charleston. This private charter cruises the Folly River and surrounding waterways, with time to explore the marsh, look for dolphins, and pull up on a beach to swim, float, or relax.
The first part of the trip is typically spent cruising the estuary, getting comfortable on the boat, and keeping an eye out for dolphins. Midway through the tour, we’ll usually stop on a nearby beach to swim, hang out, or enjoy the giant Sun Chill float. The final stretch is a relaxed cruise back toward Folly Beach — music up, drinks flowing, and plenty of time to soak it all in.

Cancellation & Weather Policy
Because party boat charters are private and difficult to rebook, we maintain a firm cancellation policy.
Cancellations
* Cancellations within 21 days of your tour are non-refundable.
* We do offer Trip Protection, which allows cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to departure in qualifying circumstances.
* No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds. (We will hold the boat and try to accommodate as long as it doesn’t interfere with other tours.
Weather
Charleston’s coastal weather is highly localized and constantly changing.
* We do not cancel due to weather until approximately one hour before departure.
* Please do not rely on weather apps or extended forecasts. The Folly Bubble is a real thing. It can be raining downtown and Sunny on Folly.
* If conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, you will be contacted directly to discuss options.
If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. If the tour runs as scheduled and you choose not to attend, standard cancellation policies apply.

Booking Notes
DROP OFF/5 Min. PARKING: There is NO long term parking in front of the shop located at 83 Center Street. When driving onto Folly our building will be on the right-hand side of the road just past the Public Boat Ramp. Please be prepared to drop off and pick up your guest in front of the building within the gravel lot *** before the Folly's Best Rentals Ford Bronco, however, do not park in front of the Folly's Best Rentals. If at all possible walk, ride a bike, or rideshare.
2 HR PARKING: If you must park a car for the duration of your activity, please park at the public boat landing. When coming onto Folly Beach, the entrance to the public boat landing will be your immediate right-hand turn after the final folly river bridge. If available, it’s best to park in the spaces immediately to your left after turning into the boat ramp. Please do not park in the trailer spaces (the long ones) at the public boat launch as they give tickets to non trailered vehicles.
Sometimes the landing is full, so parking is free on Folly, but there are some rules you must know. All four tires must be off the street and going with the flow of traffic. You can park anywhere, unless there is a sign specifically stating that you cannot.
