The kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances along with both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig for those who appreciate their coffee right away! A four-seater breakfast bar makes for a great place to savor a fast meal, and a dining set seats six, plus two more with an added leaf.

Travel onto the living area, where you'll find a plush sectional couch and a comfortable chair surrounding a mounted flat-screen T.V.. From the living room, you can step out into the screened-in porch, which offers a sitting area with ample seating, and access to the back deck that has four rocking chairs—classic southern appeal all around!

Inside, you will find three bedrooms, each with their own distinct setup. The first offers a queen-size bed, while the other offers a twin bed and a double-size bunk beds, along with additional drawers for storage. The master is the prize of the property, offering a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom that feature modren updates like a tiled walk-in shower with rimless glass doors. The shared full bathroom for the other two bedrooms is also refreshed, giving everybody a touch of luxury!

On the outdoor ground floor of the home, you'll find a breezy seating area, with additional amenities like a charcoal grille and a picnic table for outdoor BBQing and dining. Complete with strung white lights and a porch swing, this area is ideal for a bit of outdoor unwinding. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
