The Dewees can accommodate up to 9 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, a huge kitchen, and a living room.

Guest Access:

Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a suitcases storage space with a coded lock for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes family pets. There is a $125 non returnable pet fee. 2 pets max.. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
