Welcome to Charleston! This listing is located in the historic oceanside community of Sol Legare. This is a ideal spot just mins. to Folly Beach and a short 15 min. drive to downtown!

You will be greeted by a giant front and back yard when you arrive to this listing. Once you step inside you will find a welcoming living space, dining room, huge entirely equipped kitchen, 2nd living space with mounted TV, and 3 comfortable bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is downstairs with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower. The primary has a king bed and charming windows for natural light. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bathroom accessed in the hallway. Those bedrooms feature a queen bed, and a full over queen bunk bed.

Out back there is a screened in patio and a sizable backyard. Please note the backyard is not completely fenced in.

This property is located just 4 miles from Folly Beach, 1.5 miles from Harris Teeter Grocery Store and gas station, and 1.3 miles from Sol Legare public boat launch!

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting events or enormous gatherings is stringently prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, close by eateries, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
