Welcome to Charleston! This listing is located in the historic oceanside community of Sol Legare. This is a ideal spot just mins. to Folly Beach and a short 15 min. drive to downtown!

You will be greeted by a giant front and back yard when you arrive to this listing. Once you step inside you will find a welcoming living space, dining room, huge completely equipped kitchen, 2nd living space with mounted TV, and 3 comfortable bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is downstairs with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower. The primary has a king bed and gorgeous windows for natural light. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bathroom accessed in the hallway. Those bedrooms feature a queen bed, and a full over queen bunk bed.

Out back there is a screened in patio and a enormous backyard. Please note the backyard is not entirely fenced in.

This property is located just 4 miles from Folly Beach, 1.5 miles from Harris Teeter Grocery Store and gas station, and 1.3 miles from Sol Legare public boat launch!
