The Space:
Sunny, cavernous, exceptionally-located James Island home with great outdoor living space and boutique amenities. The home is a few mins. from Downtown and less than 10 mins. from Folly Beach, with all the amenities of high-end boutique hotels but with much more space. Recently remodeled bathrooms, TWO living rooms with sizable flatscreen TVs and a Sonos wireless soundsystem all contribute to a luxury experience, ideal for modest groups and families— plus, an outdoor shower!

For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, Cavernous backyard with great outdoor living space, and off street parking for 4-5 cars.

The Neighborhood:
The home is in a peaceful, centrally located James Island neighborhood. 10 mins. from Downtown and 10 min. to Folly Beach. James Island County Park, eateries, bars, shopping, banking, and convenience stores are all within a short 2-3 min. drive. The ideal location for visiting Charleston.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are plentiful and economical. There are also local yellow cabs, limo services, and a public transit.
