Summer House also offers a freshly remodeled swimming pool with stone deck and refreshed furnishings, exclusive to the guests visiting the Summer House community. Load up the two coolers and grab the beach chairs supplied at this villa with your sandwiches and drinks so you never have to leave the pool or beach. Access to this villa is painless with an elevator just a few steps away. As soon as you step off the elevator you are greeted with an ocean view.

The balcony is the ideal spot to appreciate the ocean breeze. The balcony has access from the living room and the primary bedroom.
