Be among the first to stay in this bright 3BR/3BA apartment, housed in an refreshed Charleston single home in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood. Constructed in the late 1800s, the home underwent a full remodel finished in 2017. Located within steps of all the city has to offer! 3 blocks to Upper King Street, steps from Sugar Bakeshop, Indigo & Cotton, Ladles, Fuel, and more.

Just under 1,000 square feet, the apartment offers three bedrooms each featuring premium linens, its own full bathroom, and all the amenities of a boutique hotel with the added convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen. Off-street parking is available; although visitors will likely find that exploring the city on foot, or by Uber/Lyft/rickshaw is the most convenient way to get around town. There is room for one car to park across the street from us in our private lot.

This apartment is on the first floor of the three-story property. Both upstairs and downstairs (garden level) we offer two additional 3BR/3BA apartments with the same floor plan that can be rented in conjunction with this apartment for bigger events. Please inquire if interested.

We ask that our guests please be respectful of fellow guests both in this apartment and next door. No events or late-nighttime noise will be tolerated.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Downtown Charleston, a neighborhood in Charleston. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Waterfront Park and Riverfront Park, while Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights.
