This property has been charmingly designed and is a the ideal spot to call home while in Charleston. This unit features two bedrooms, cavernous full bathroom, living area, dining area, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and a porch for sitting. The bedrooms have comfortable bed and windows that allow natural light, or shades if you want to sleep in.

The entirely equipped kitchens has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
