Step through the huge entryway and into a space thoughtfully designed by one of Charleston’s most celebrated interior designers. With a striking blend of modern patterns and historic touches, this home offers both fresh style and comfortable comfort. Originally constructed in 1852, the home accepts you to appreciate a piece of Charleston’s rich history while calming in modern luxury—just a few blocks from iconic King Street.

The living room features soaring ceilings and tall windows that fill the space with natural light. It’s the ideal spot to relax—whether you're watching a movie on the Intelligent TV or sharing a meal in the inviting dining area. Hosting additional guests? The plush couch pulls out into a comfortable King-size bed. A chic half bathroom is conveniently located off the living area, and the completely equipped kitchen—with stainless steel appliances and refreshed fixtures—is ready for your culinary creations.

Upstairs, you'll find a washer and dryer, a spa-like full bathroom, and two beautiful bedrooms—each featuring a King-size bed, luxury linens, and ample closet space. One of the bedrooms also includes a cozy desk setup, ideal for remote work or writing postcards from your stay.

dinner, trendy beverages, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
exercise studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
