This impressive home has been completely updated with a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, open floor plan and updated bathroom!
As you open the door to this home you will notice the living room, dining room and kitchen are all open. The kitchen boast a gas stove, subzero refrigerator, open breakfast bar with stools. Off the living room is a sunroom with a twin bed. The original ship lap has been repurposed on the sunroom walls adding character and warmth. The living room has an inviting sectional with a enormous flat screen TV. Off the living room you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a walk-in shower.
The backyard is completely fenced in with cavernous deck and gas grille.

This home has complimentary wireless high-speed internet. TVs are streaming/intelligent TVs. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are supplied. 1 towel set per person is included. Beach towels and beach chairs are not supplied but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Units. **** Starter kits/toiletries include modest dish soap, modest dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar**** Keurig Coffee Maker supplied.

Note: Washer/dryer located in detached finished garage, located just off the back deck. IOP does not permit occupancy of any detached buildings - garage is for storage and laundry. Guests are not allowed to sleep in the detached garage.
No Smoking, Family Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $250.00 pet fee. Please be sure to scoop before you depart.

PARKING:
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PARKING IS PERMITTED ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF THIS HOME. THE POLICE WILL ISSUE A CITATION FOR ANY CAR NOT PARKED IN A DRIVEWAY. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS BUT DRIVEWAY ONLY.
