Just a short walk to the beach, the home also features a roomy deck shaded by an old oak tree—ideal for grilling and appreciating the island breeze.

Recently modernized throughout, the home features a new kitchen with quartz countertops and an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a breakfast bar with seating, making it a great space for gathering.

Off the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sunroom featuring a twin bed and beautiful repurposed shiplap walls that add warmth and character. The inviting living area includes a huge sectional couch and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy space to relax after a day at the beach.

The home offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, the entirely fenced backyard provides privacy and includes a cavernous deck with a gas grille—ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Additional amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet and streaming/intelligent TVs. Bed linens, bath towels, and a starter kit of toiletries are supplied, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a cleansing bar. A Keurig coffee maker is also supplied.

Please note the washer and dryer are located in the detached finished garage just off the back deck. Per Isle of Palms regulations, the garage is not allowed for guest occupancy and is for laundry and storage only.

Pets are welcome with a non-returnable $250 pet fee. Guests are kindly asked to clean up after family pets prior to departure. No smoking is allowed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PARKING IS PERMITTED ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF THIS HOME. THE POLICE WILL ISSUE A CITATION FOR ANY CAR NOT PARKED IN A DRIVEWAY. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS BUT DRIVEWAY ONLY.
