The sun-filled bedroom features a extravagant King-size bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The entirely refreshed kitchen is a dream – complete with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, a kitchen island with seating for four, and even a classy bar area for evening wind-downs.

In the living room, relax on the comfortable furnishings while watching your favorite shows on the Intelligent TV or catch up on work at the roomy desk. Need a little additional sleeping space? The King-size pullout couch is ideal for additional guests. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area.

Throughout the apartment, high ceilings and sizable windows bring in tons of natural light, creating a bright and airy feel. Step out onto the beautiful front porch to appreciate your morning coffee or evening wine at the bistro table, surrounded by the timeless beauty of Charleston.

Under the stairs right outside your front door you'll find two additional beach chairs, a bocce ball set, and a paddle ball set for your use!

This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway

Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
