One bedroom with a Queen bed.

One bedroom with two Twin beds—ideal for kids or friends.

Convenient powder room downstairs and a shared full bathroom upstairs.

The two roomy living areas—each with cable TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable dining nooks—provide plenty of room for everybody to spread out or come together. With two entirely supplied kitchens featuring full-sized appliances, cookware, china, and flatware, meal prep for a crowd is a breeze. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
