And outside, relax in the screened-in, furnished back patio, fire up the gas grille to add a little spice to your home-cooked menu, or let the children and the dogs run and play in the enclosed back yard.

This home is only three miles from Melton Peter Demetre Park, or as the locals refer to it as "Sunrise Park."
