Meet your new favorite vacation home, Atlantic Breezes on 3205 Palm Blvd! This marvelous 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is located just a home away from the beach, with a private pool that was just modernized in 2021 and new exterior paint in 2024. With tons of outdoor spaces and high-quality amenities, this is the ideal home for your next Isle of Palms vacation!

Enter the home on the first level to find the lower living area. With wood floors, a gas fireplace, a enormous flat screen TV, and comfortable seating, you can sit back here and relax after a long day of exploring the beach. Down here you will also find the first four bedrooms. One room has a queen-sized bed with an en suite bathroom and private deck access, the second features a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, the third room is furnished with a king-sized bed and private deck access, and it shares a jack-and-jill style bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which offers two bunk beds with doubles on the bottom and singles on top.

This home offers an inverted floor plan, where the kitchen and main living area are on the second floor, giving you an elevated view from outside the windows. The main living area features two cherry-red leather couches, and a cushy chair with an ottoman. Ideal for calming and taking in a movie or your favorite show on the sizable flat screen TV!
A generously sized dining table can sit up to eight, while the kitchen has counter seating for four. The kitchen is entirely equipped, so feel complimentary to create your own meals, whether it be a fast breakfast or a homecooked family dinner. There's also a high-chair available. With high-quality amenities such as a wine refrigerator and coffee maker, you'll feel right at home in this gorgeous, open space!

The second floor has the master bedroom, which has private upper deck access and a king bed. As of May 2022, the master bathroom has been completely remodeled, and now includes a attractively tiled walk-in shower, a stand-alone soaking tub, a double vanity, new fixtures, and new floor! In the huge master closet, you'll find a infant crib (24 in. x 38 in.) (no sheets supplied).

Outside in the cavernous, fenced-in yard, you'll find the private pool which can be heated from May to October. There's also a kid's swing set, outdoor grilling station, and a gazebo where you can sit back and take in the beauty of the backyard. With an additional refrigerator in the garage, an elevator, and a TV in every room, this home has it all for a family beach hideaway!

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

  • Summer time is high season in the Charleston area area. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise.
