This handsomely restored 1800s building was refreshed in 2026 with modern interiors, original artwork, and thoughtful amenities. Appreciate a comfortable living room, full kitchen, and two sizable bedrooms with flat-screen TVs. Traveling with a group? Multiple units are available. Please note: no elevator, units begin on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and a public parking garage is located one block away.



The Space:

Our decorator's touch gives both bedrooms classic comfort with brand new wood floors, as well as handsome furnishings and beds dressed with high-end linens.



The entirely equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and a cavernous natural stone countertop, ideal for cooking, gathering, or appreciating a casual meal.



Two spa-style bathrooms feature stone vanities and modern, overhead rain showers and handheld sprayers, creating the ideal place to refresh after a day exploring the city.



Guest Access:

Check in time is 4PM. Check out time is 10AM. All doors unlock with a unique access code, so arrival after hours is no problem! Our rooms do require guests to climb stairs. You will have private and exclusive access to the entire suite.

If you’ve never visited Charleston before, this location couldn’t be better and Vacation Units in this district are rare to come by. Located at at the corner of Vendue Range and East Bay, you’ll be right in the heart of the historic district. Just steps away are Waterfront Park and the iconic Pineapple Fountain, along with the Charleston City Market, King Street shopping, and The Battery. You’ll also be surrounded by some of Charleston’s most celebrated eateries including High Cotton, Magnolias, and Blossom, plus close by favorites like Fleet Landing, Poogan’s Porch, and Church & Union, as well as countless art galleries and waterfront strolls just outside your door.



Getting Around:

You can walk nearly everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bicycle Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends or if you wish to have a valet service for your bags, please check out BagValet.
