The Space:

This historic antebellum home has been transformed into "The Palms of Charleston," a luxury Boho Chic getaway that features a serene shared courtyard with a hot tub. Ideal for outdoor gathering, and all just one block to the best shopping, eateries, and nightlife of King St!



Please note: The home consists of three completely separate and private suites—A, B, and C. Each suite has its own entrance and dedicated porch space, while the courtyard and hot tub are shared. The suites are not internally connected.



This listing is for two adjacent Suites – B + C – located on the 2nd & 3rd floor. Each Suite has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen and living room. They share a private balcony which overlooks the courtyard.

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite B + Suite C and the balcony seating areas. The courtyard and hot tub are shared with Suite A.



• The home has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be supplied that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: 2 parking spaces are supplied at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 1 block from King St, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.

• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & painless rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (COMPLIMENTARY) – Stops close by & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No events or events.



• Hot Tub hours: 9 AM - 9 PM



• This home is divided into 3 completely separate suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B + C are located on the second & third floors. The courtyard and hot tub are shared by all 3 suites.



• Infant gear units are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs Required – Suite's B + C are located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not kid-proofed. Families with infants or kids are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only, there are 3 exterior cameras that may record video and audio. They monitor the entrances to each suite and the courtyard. Cameras do not monitor any interior spaces.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
