The Queen Bedrooms offer a enormous space, a fireplace (non-working), and antique furnishings. Across the hall you'll find a striking bedroom with a Queen bed and plenty of closet space. Rooms share the full bath in the hallway. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The sizable living area features a queen-size couch bed. The kitchen is freshly remodeled and includes open shelving and new appliances, as well as dining for 8.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
