Entirely furnished peaceful, comfortable and cavernous townhouse condo located less than a mile (10-15 min. walk, 3 min drive) from MUSC and the medical district and conveniently 2 BLOCKS FROM FAMOUS KING STREET where you will find many marvelous eateries and stores, with museums, aquarium, farmer's market and historic sites also within walking distance. This is a really convenient and beautiful location.

Very well appointed "home away from home" including kitchen cooking supplies and silverware, linens, enormous washer and dryer, laundry supplies, paper products and more!

There is also a courtyard with 2 off-street PARKING spaces--VERY hard to come by in downtown Charleston!

15 mins. from Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms beaches, 20-25 mins. from Surfer's Haven, Folly Beach. 20-25 mins. from historic plantations Middleton Place, Magnolia Gardens and Drayton Hall.

All bedrooms have queen beds and a desk for work. One newly modernized bathroom is upstairs with a shower in tub. Recently refreshed master bathroom downstairs has walk-in shower. Modest cafe table in kitchen, extendable table seating 5-6 in living area. Freshly refreshed kitchen with everything you need.
