Our decks are covered so when it rains- you can sit out and watch the rain over the ocean. There is not a better view of the beach in any other unit in the building. Being away from pool noise is a additional too for those who like a more calming vacation! Appreciate marvelous ocean vistas from this gorgeously modernized 2nd floor condo!

This three bedroom, three bath condo is crisp, open, and airy! It features a entirely equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a dining area with seating for eight with an additional two stools at the kitchen counter, and a living room with a enormous flat screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the ocean.

The condo offers two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. The queen bedroom has an ensuit bathroom and the twin room has an ensuite which is shared with the hall.
