If you're looking for your next Charleston trip, keep reading! Located in a handsome neighborhood, this cozy vacation home is ideal for a few guests searching for a calming visit. Take a brisk morning or evening walk in one of the close by parks, like Waverly and Trewin, which are only a quarter of a mile away, or swim in one of the three neighborhood pools. Surrounding attractions include the South Carolina Aquarium and Sandlelapper Water Tours, both only a short drive from where you'll be staying.

This second-story apartment features everything you need for a ideal getaway. A kitchenette equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker is tucked to the left of the home. Appreciate a cup of fresh-brewed coffee in the morning, or warm up your leftovers from the previous day. On the opposite side of the apartment, you'll find a sitting area and a cable-equipped TV for leisurely moments. You'll feel compelled to curl up and watch your favorite shows into the evening after a day of exploring and adventure.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to stimulate future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
