Guests have access to the entire guest home and the assigned off-street parking spaces in the driveway
This unit is a semi-detached guesthouse. The homeowner lives onsite in the main home. The guesthouse is connected to the main home through an interior hallway that is not used by the homeowner. The guesthouse has its own private exterior entrance and shares no interior space with the main home.
Please note that the guest home is a studio setup so there is not a full wall separating the living area and bedroom
Please also note that guests must be able to climb one set of stairs to access the guest home, as the home is elevated.
The unit is manage locally by Southern Charmed Hospitality Group so someone is always available should any issues or concerns arise during your stay.

The Little Betty Coastal Retreat is located just off of Folly Road only 2.5 miles or a short 6 min. drive from Folly Beach. There is a Harris Teeter supermarket directly across Folly Road from the home and Downtown Charleston is around a 20-25 min. drive away.

Free onsite parking in the driveway out front.
You will want your own car to take full advantage of exploring the Charleston area as public transportation is not a convenient option.
Uber/Lyft both operate in the area if you would prefer to leave your car parked. Just request a pickup through the respective apps.
CANCELLATIONS
Guests will receive a 95% refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, no reservations are given.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $500 damage deposit will be pulled from the card used for booking prior to the departure date. This deposit will be entirely returnable to the card within 5-10 business days after departure if there are no claims made for damages.
HOME MANUAL
The home manual with all of the details needed for your stay will be sent out at 9am THE MORNING OF YOUR ARRIVAL directly in the message thread of the account used for booking.
Please do not ask for it earlier, or ask for it to be sent elsewhere.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither event will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season (June-November). We recommend looking into Airbnb`s insurance or other alternatives.

Located in Charleston, this guesthouse is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Folly Island Beaches and Waterfront Park, while Charleston Music Hall and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights. South Carolina Aquarium and Patriots Point are not to be missed.
