In the unfortunate event that your pet causes any damages during your stay, such as to towels, linens, photos, or furnishings, the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged at their full replacement value. Additionally, a 15% service fee will be applied to the replacement cost of the damaged item. This fee encompasses expenses related to replacement, including the cost, time, and shipping involved. We kindly ask that you diligently clean up after your pet and properly dispose of any waste. Instances of unattended pet waste left behind will incur a fee of $25 per occurrence. For the comfort and satisfaction of all guests, please be aware that any missing or damaged items within the property during your stay, such as towels, linens, photos, or furnishings, will be charged at their full replacement value. Additionally, a 15% service fee will be applied to the replacement cost of the damaged item, covering expenses related to replacement, including the cost, time, and shipping involved.
