Welcome to your dream beach escape at 30 Beachside Drive on the impressive Isle of Palms! Imagine this: you're just a min.'s walk from the sand, and when you get back, you're greeted by a striking, freshly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven. Step inside and feel the immediate sense of space and light, thanks to handsome new floors that gleam throughout. This isn't just a home; it's your ticket to one of the most convenient and appealing spots on the island. You're literally mins. from the IOP Connector bridge, making trips to local eateries and the grocery store a breeze. Plus, a fast golf cart ride lands you on the shores of Sullivan's Island!

This community is the real deal when it comes to laid-back living. You've got private beach access, a shining community pool, and even tennis/pickleball courts to keep you active. And the best part? No through traffic means you can really escape the summer hordes and appreciate your slice of heaven in tranquility. This is a place where the whole family, furry friends supplied, can make memorable memories.

Inside, the primary suite is your personal getaway, complete with a plush king bed, a private bathroom featuring a roomy walk-in shower, and French doors that open onto a calming screened porch. Your guests will be just as comfortable, with a second bedroom boasting another king bed and glimpses of the ocean, and a third bedroom ready for slumber events with two twin beds and trundle options. The second bathroom is conveniently located between these rooms, right next to the laundry area.

Evenings are for unwinding. Gather in the enormous, open-plan living and dining area, ideal for catching up or appreciating a movie on the big TV by the handsome fireplace. The kitchen is a chef's delight, completely equipped with high-end appliances, ready for you to whip up delicious meals. And for the ultimate family hangout, head downstairs to the striking screened area – it's the ideal spot for games, grilling, or simply kicking back with a good book. This is coastal living at its finest!

Outside, you'll find a cavernous sundeck with a Gas Grille, where you can prepare up meals in the ocean breeze or sit back and savor the sunshine with your favorite book. Up above off the open-air deck and living room, there is a screened-in porch furnished with a bistro set, and also a beach shower down below in the garage area for an simple rinse-off — everything you could want for a beach vacation! As an additional additional, when you stay at 30 Beachside Dr, you get access to community amenities, such as the pool and tennis court. The community pool is not heated and is open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are considered with a $250 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Life, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added additional for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also supplied is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
