This is a mid-term rental with stays of 30+ days. We will conduct a monthly visit to change air filters, and guests can request additional services for an additional fee.

The preferred check-in date is the first of each month.

Parties are not allowed on the property.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book.

COFC students are not eligible to book.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Downtown Charleston, a neighborhood in Charleston.   • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Charleston area area. To get the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance.
