Living Room: Historical character throughout with a cozy sectional couch and additonal seating, original detailed woodwork and moldings, original doors, ceiling details, and modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV.

Kitchen: Entirely outfitted with a convenient bar/counter, beautiful bar stools, and a combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine. All necessities, including modest electronic gadgets, are supplied.

Bathrooms: Two handsome bathrooms, equipped with granite and tile showers, handheld shower facilities, glass shower doors, bespoke vanities, and vessel sinks.

Step out onto a private back porch, furnished with an outdoor table, chairs, and an umbrella, ideal for calming over an early morning coffee or a glass of wine.

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions supplied by the host.
- Please return all items and furnishings to their original locations.
