This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a remodeled dependency or a freshly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old wood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and appeal that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!
