Kitchen: Totally outfitted with a convenient bar/counter, fresh bar stools, and a versatile combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine. All necessities, including modest electronic gadgets, are supplied.

Bathrooms: Two handsome bathrooms, equipped with granite and tile showers, handheld shower facilities, glass shower doors, bespoke vanities, and vessel sinks.

Step out onto a private back porch, furnished with an outdoor table, chairs, and an umbrella, ideal for calming over an early morning coffee or a glass of wine.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a modernized dependency or a freshly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old wood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions included by the host.
- Please return all items and furnishings to their original locations.
