At 405 Yacht Harbor, you have the best of what Island living has to offer. First, is the view. 405 Yacht Harbor overlooks the Morgan Creek Marina, as well as the Yacht Harbor community swimming pool. The community pool features a hot tub plus has two grilling stations. From the impressive outdoor living room, which includes a couch and upsized chairs, you can watch your kids appreciate the invigorating water at the community pool or see the latest prize catch being offloaded from a fishing boat at the marina. Wild Dunes also features two famed golf courses, miles of bicycle trails, playground, and many eateries (seasonal).
Finally, the best feature of 405 Yacht Harbor is the property itself!
Each bedroom features a private bath. The master bedroom features vistas of the swimming pool and marina and has a king-size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Finally, the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed (two twins) as well as queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
