Up a modest flight of stairs from the living space is guest room with a queen bed and attached bathroom with doors to both the room or hallway. An additional guest room has 2 twin beds and ensuite bathroom.

Linkside villas features a community pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. Beach access is about a half a mile away or a 10 min. walk.

*IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be finished by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.
