One block from the heart of the entertainment district of Upper King Street. You will know you are in the South when you are greeted by 6 enormous palms, a live oak, and a sizable sycamore tree at the front of the property.
The property consists of three rental units. Unit A which is the bottom floor of the historic home (this listing), Unit B which is the top floor of the historic home and Unit C which is the home in the back of the property.
When you step into Unit A off of the front porch, you will enter the living space. This area features an original fireplace and historic wood floors. The home was entirely restored and refreshed to provide Charleston appeal with modern convenience.
