The Space: Once a 2 bedroom/combo unit and BUT NOW A 1 BEDROOM STANDALONE CARRIAGE HOME, ‘Condon Carriage House’ has newly been refreshed and certainly ideal for groups of 2 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom. Located off of Rutledge Ave in handsome Hampton Park, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, the carriage home is a standalone at the back of a bigger main home property, accommodating both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or appreciate a meal. Entirely supplied kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware included. The carriage home is equipped with its own flat screen TV and queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, or feel complimentary to use your own during your stay.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee.

This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway

Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
