This unit is available as a condo with one king bedroom, or, it can be rented together with neighboring Unit 207/307/407 by simply unlocking the door to create a two-bedroom, two-full bath suite, with a living area and kitchenette, and two private balconies. All of the units in the building are heated and cooled with a central air-conditioning unit for warm summer days and winter cold snaps.
