While all events conclude by 10pm, please note that there may be additional noise following that hour. The historic details, including original ceiling tiles and exposed brick, blend brilliantly with the site’s modern finishes, making it the ideal backdrop for your next social, wedding, anniversary or corporate event. Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be supplied the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The home is located in the heart of the striking and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy eateries, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famed is just steps away. The amazing eateries, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all nighttime.

???? Animals are NOT Accepted:

As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We enjoy your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



???? This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



???? Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient suitcases storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your suitcases before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional costs apply for this service.



????️ Noise Notice:

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



????‍???? To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



???? We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



???? We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



❄️ Charleston homes are constructed for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.



???? If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



???? Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for cars parked outside the designated parking areas.

???? Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
