  • 1 Bathrooms
  • Condo
  • Approximately 490 square feet

Have you been searching for an oceanfront condo in Isle of Palms that's just the right size, with all the amenities you could want for a beach vacation? Well, you've found it in 321 B Sea Cabin, a enchanting third-floor condo at the Sea Condominiums, with striking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
Full Disclosure: There are modest bunk beds constructed into the hallway – they are adored by kids and even ideal for some modest adults. They're also a great place to use for additional storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller kids. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a entirely functional kitchen!
Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One additional pass may be requested during the off season.
The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
No family pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is supplied prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Enter the home to find a welcome hallway with two bunk beds constructed into the side of the wall. A comfortable place for the kids to cuddle up, it's a great solution for any group needing additional sleeping accommodations!

Continue and you'll pass the bathroom which has a shower/tub combo! The bedroom offers a queen sized bed and closet space for storage! There is a full length mirror to make picking out the ideal beach ensemble a breeze!

The kitchen has been refreshed in 2023 with brand new stainless steel appliances! All the essentials are included so you can prepare any of your favorite meals! The living area features a cozy couch and a enormous flat screen TV. Kick back and relax with cable access or connect your devices to the Wi-Fi and browse your favorite apps and websites. Also featured, is the additional counter space added to savor meals in the eat in kitchen! A new glass top table and chair are available to get any work or studying done from the comfort of your condo.

Sliding glass doors lead to the ocean-facing balcony. Soak up the ocean vistas any time of the day or nighttime on the outdoor chairs with plush new cushions or appreciate a meal at the high-top table and chairs.

The Sea Cabins are 490 square feet and share a Community Pool, Laundry Facility in the pool home, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier. Located right on Ocean Blvd, this is a Great Location to be within walking distance to incredible well-known Local Eateries, Shopping, and the County Park!

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a huge pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a calming walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bicycle, water sport and beach umbrella units are available close by. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also supplied is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. Booking the best vacation home experience:

How to get the best value:

  • Summer is high season in Isle of Palms. To find the best rental for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Charleston area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Charleston area area visitor guide magazines which often include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Charleston area area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Make a plan and choose your Charleston area rental:

  • Start by having your group decide on dates and a budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the configuration your group requires. 3rd Floor Condo w/Amazing Ocean Views! Pool & Pier Access! In Heart of IOP! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before you reserve the property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches.
  • If there's a specific Charleston area beach you are enamored with, look for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater to your needs.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you must book a pet-friendly property. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property owners charge additional pet fees.

More considerations:

  • Get the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property. Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • During arrival, record any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few difficulties.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your peaceful home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to inspire future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
