Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



Please Note: The Cypress Suite is a lower-level unit. Guests may hear occasional noise from the upper unit, and there may be steps or shared pathways associated with the building layout.



Guest Access:

Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be included the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The home is located in the heart of the striking and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy eateries, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic appeal. This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun and or calming vacation. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famed is just steps away. The exceptional eateries, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk.



Getting Around:

You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services: The DASH trolley is complimentary in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website. As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



???? Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient bags storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your suitcases before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and savor your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional costs apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
