Featuring an open floor plan, the beautiful living room offers comfortable modern furnishings, a enormous flat screen TV, and dining area seating four. The living room area features a bespoke constructed chaise sectional with memory foam full pullout bed. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the live oak trees and green landscape. The completely equipped kitchen features bespoke cabinets and tile, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar seating four, and nearly all new stainless steel appliances and fixtures.

Furnished with a king size bed, the restful master bedroom includes a TV and private bathroom. To accommodate multiple guests, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen and twin bed. It shares a bathroom with the living area. For convenience, the villa has a washer and dryer, 2 parking spaces, and WiFi.
