Brand New Rental, Custom-Constructed in 2022​​​​​​​!

Welcome to 10 32nd Avenue; your very own slice of heaven! This coastal modern home is located right in the heart of Isle of Palms. Featuring a open-concept living area with multiple broad screened-in balconies and an amenities filled outdoor space. The beach is just just a fast walk from your doorstep or take a ride on the 6-seater Golf cart!

Inside the gourmet chef's kitchen takes center stage, featuring GE stainless steel appliances, gas range, and quartz waterfall island. The kitchen is well-equipped to make meals simple, whether your dining indoors or outdoors. The wet bar in the living room includes an additional sink and wine storage. Treat yourself to your favorite drink, before stepping out to the screened-in balcony overlooking the pool area.

The primary suite features a king bed and a roomy ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, dual vanities, and walk-in shower. This room also has direct access into the backyard from the private balcony. Heading upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms an another comfortable living area. A sizable sliding glass door grants access to the second screened-in balcony, an ideal space to relax.

The enormous private backyard has something for everybody. Sunbathe in the Cabanas, Swim in the private pool, or engage in a game of Ping Pong. Savor grilling outside on a Blackstone griddle. The firepit is a great way to end a long day of activities.

The surrounding areas offer tons of activities. The Isle of Palms recreational center is half a mile away with public tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts. Front Beach with eateries, stores, and nightlife is just a short 5 min. drive. Explore Sullivan's Island or Historic downtown Charleston for top-notch eateries, shopping, and cultural experiences.

Reservations: Check-ins welcome on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday during August with a 5 nighttime minimum. 4 Nighttime minimum in Off-season, except some Holidays. Please reach out with any questions!

About the Area

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is near the beach. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Fort Sumter and Charleston City Market. South Carolina Aquarium and Charleston Fishfinder Charters are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Get the best rental value:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To book the best rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Charleston area restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
