Step into the Southard Cottage and immerse yourself in midcentury design with pops of bold color. The comfortable living space, featuring a chaise couch and side chairs, creates a warm setting for calming with friends or family. The entirely equipped eat-in kitchen is ready for everything from a four-course meal to a simple brewed coffee.

Head upstairs to the two bedrooms. The first king-sized bedroom includes a 40” Intelligent TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second queen-sized bedroom also features its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
