This gorgeously appointed second-floor unit sits in a historic building right on King Street—above Sewing Down South, as seen on Southern Charm. The location places you in the heart of Charleston’s vibrant shopping, dining, and nightlife scene.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space designed with comfort in mind. The entry hallway leads into the kitchen and living area, where group seating surrounds a 60” Intelligent TV loaded with your favorite streaming apps. The queen-sized sleeper couch adds flexibility for additional guests. The entirely equipped kitchen is ideal for everything from your morning coffee to a home-cooked meal.

Each of the two bedrooms features a plush king-sized bed and its own Intelligent TV. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. The second bedroom has simple access to the full hall bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.

Parking Info:
A $20/day parking pass is available by request. To secure yours, please contact our concierge team at least 24 hours before arrival with your name, suite, car details, and the length of your stay (via phone, text, or booking platform). Your pass will be waiting inside the unit. Be sure to display it clearly and only park in our designated lot. Avoid spaces marked as personal or near the Morris Brown AME Church fence—unauthorized cars may be booted or towed at the owner's expense.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*
