This cavernous one-bedroom suite features a king bedroom, a living area with a queen couch bed, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a gorgeous porch area for coffee-sipping. Feel the authentic ambiance with original floor and non-working fireplaces, plus vintage glass windows.



The Space:

The layout is ideal for a couple, a modest family, or a group of friends:

1 Living area with queen sofabed



- Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



- Couch bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens



This unit is entirely licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05742 and Business License BL017927.



Guest Access:

Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be supplied the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun and or calming vacation. The home is mins. to the very trendy Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great stores, bookstores, and fashion stores - as well as striking eateries!

You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:



The DASH trolley is complimentary in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We savor your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



???? Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient bags storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your suitcases before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and appreciate your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional costs apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
