Welcome to 1 Intracoastal, located on the famed Harbor Golf Course at Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, SC - just 12 miles north of historic Charleston. This Striking home is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac overlooking the 12th green of the Harbor Golf Course.

The front entry features a enormous inviting porch that runs the width of the home, ideal for rocking away the afternoon! The first floor living area offers an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, huge eat-in kitchen, family room, laundry room, powder room, and a fantastic master suite. There are wood floors in the entry, dining room, kitchen and family room, with carpet in the living room and bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. The roomy eat-in kitchen features tons of cabinetry that is completely outfitted and ready for cooking.

Unwind in the screened porch overlooking the 12 green and down the fairway and lake. Step into the sun on the broad pool deck, complete with swimming pool and BBQ area, or play ping-pong in the garage. The beach access is located on 41st avenue and is about a 10-15 min. walk from the home.

PLEASE NOTE: No Smoking and No Animals allowed. This property does not have an elevator. The pool is not heated. Fireplace is not available for guest use. This home is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis in the summer. Must be 25 years and older to book NO exceptions.

About the Area

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Front Beach and Waterfront Park. Patriots Point and South Carolina Aquarium are not to be missed. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
