Welcome to 1 Intracoastal, located on the famed Harbor Golf Course at Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, SC - just 12 miles north of historic Charleston. This Striking home is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac overlooking the 12th green of the Harbor Golf Course.

The front entry features a enormous inviting porch that runs the width of the home, ideal for rocking away the afternoon! The first floor living area offers an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, huge eat-in kitchen, family room, laundry room, powder room, and a fantastic master suite. There are wood floors in the entry, dining room, kitchen and family room, with carpet in the living room and bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. The roomy eat-in kitchen features tons of cabinetry that is completely outfitted and ready for cooking.

Unwind in the screened porch overlooking the 12 green and down the fairway and lake. Step into the sun on the broad pool deck, complete with swimming pool and BBQ area, or play ping-pong in the garage. The beach access is located on 41st avenue and is about a 10-15 min. walk from the home.

PLEASE NOTE: No Smoking and No Animals allowed. This property does not have an elevator. The pool is not heated. Fireplace is not available for guest use. This home is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis in the summer. Must be 25 years and older to book NO exceptions.

About the Area

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Front Beach and Waterfront Park. Patriots Point and South Carolina Aquarium are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best value:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.

If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
