Bedroom 1:  Two queen beds, sizable ensuite bath, wainscoting with intricate carvings, pretty ceiling plasterwork.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with private bathroom, natural light, enchanting art.

Bathroom 1: Marble and tile bath, deluxe shower head, separate handheld shower, glass shower door.
Bathroom 2: Private bath with tub/shower combination, rain shower head, enormous floating vanity.

Kitchen: Entirely supplied, combination Keurig drip / pod combination coffee maker, all the modest electronic gadgets.

Living Area: Bright with tons of natural light, comfortable couch, and opens to the kitchen.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a refreshed dependency or a freshly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old wood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and appeal that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions supplied by the host.
- Please return all items and furnishings to their original locations.
