Welcome to Simple Breezy. The name says it all! This attractively refreshed 5 bedroom-4 bath home has top notch finishes in the brand new kitchen and baths. Throughout the bright and open floor plan, you will find sophisticated, yet comfortable décor with a calming vibe. The pool is your very own private getaway and is conveniently accessible from the living room, kitchen and primary suite. There are no stairs from the exterior, including to the pool. This is ideal for guests with little ones or those that don’t get around as comfortably as they once did. Located in a peaceful cul de sac, and only a short walk to the beach, this home combines luxury and convenience.
Living Area:
The relaxing living room provides a comfortable place to savor your friends and family. The main living room has a great view of the pool and private yard. There’s also a sizable TV for those rainy days or to catch the game.
In addition to the main living room, there’s a sitting room with 4 comfortable chairs. This is a nice spot for peaceful conversation.
The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests. There are also 3 breakfast bar stools so you can socialize with the chef.

Kitchen:
Entirely updated and modern kitchen with intelligent appliances, including a refrigerator, double oven, prepare top, microwave and dishwasher. When it’s time to show off your signature dish, you will find everything you need. There’s access to the pool from the klitchen so you can effortlessly grab a cold drink or a snack.

Bedrooms:
1) King primary bedroom with ensuite that includes a soaking tub, huge shower and double vanity. There’s also access to the pool deck. The primary suite is the only bedroom on that side of the home.
2) Second King bedroom includes an ensuite with a enormous shower. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
3) First Queen bedroom has direct access to the hall bath.
4) Second Queen bedroom has access to hall baths
5) Twin bedroom has access to a private deck and the hall baths.

Beach Renourishment Project Planned for Summer 2026
As you prepare for your stay, please be aware that the City of Isle of Palms is planning a beach renourishment project beginning late June 2026 near the north end of Wild Dunes. This important project is intended to help preserve and protect the beach shoreline.
During active work, guests may encounter temporary beach access limitations, equipment, or pipeline sections along portions of the beach. Because the project schedule and work areas may change, specific dates and locations are not yet known. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
