Kitchen – Totally outfitted, combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine, all the modest electronic gadgets, ample cabinet storage. Opens to the dining and living areas.
Dining Area – Dining table with six chairs, positioned for seamless entertaining.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a refreshed dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old wood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and appeal that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It's the real deal!

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions supplied by the host.
- Please return all items and furnishings to their original locations.
- The Wonderer access must be booked in advance – no refunds for availability issues.
