This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a modernized dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old wood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and appeal that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

Located in Charleston, this vacation home is in the city center. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and some of the area's popular attractions include South Carolina Aquarium and North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center. Charleston Museum and Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
