The Village at Wild Dunes, Boardwalk Inn, Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, numerous eateries, Sand and Sea Spa and shopping are all within two blocks walk of 5 Grand Pavilion.

The floor plan of 5 Grand Pavilion is really unique. The lower level features an open floor plan with a cavernous living room, dining area and kitchen with updated appliances. One of two master suites is located on the first level and features a king bed. A long Charleston porch runs nearly the length of the first level plus the master bedroom features a sunroom overlooking a handsome yard and the paved beach path.
