With a community pool just steps from the ocean, two elevators and miles of beach to discover, this condo has it all. Besides expansive ocean vistas in a peaceful location, this condo is also located within the Wild Dunes Resort, where you can pay to reserve a tee time at one of the acclaimed golf courses or book an modren treatment at the Sand and Sea Spa.

**As of 10/24/2025 until further notice, the beach access gate at Seascape Villas will be inaccessible due to the current beach renourishment project,. During this time, guests can access the beach through the public beach access, which is just a short 3-5 min. walk from the Seascape Villas. There is limited public parking there at the public access location so walking, cycling, etc. is highly encouraged.

Step inside and you'll see the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and elegant countertops. This kitchen has plenty of counter space and all of the essentials needed to prepare a family breakfast or pack a picnic for the beach. With a keurig coffee maker, pods or regular filters and coffee, you can brew a cup to appreciate the sunrise over the ocean. Take a step into the dining area and there is a sizable table with seating for six and three barstools.

The living room has plenty of plush comfortable seating to gather around the tv and watch all of your favorite shows and movies or curl up and read a good book. This condo offers impressive ocean vistas and a huge oceanfront balcony with an outdoor table and chairs to savor a charming dinner with the sound of the waves in the back or to spend the day appreciating the salty breeze from the Atlantic ocean.

Back inside there are two bedrooms, each with a king sized bed flatscreen tv. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower and double vanity. The second bathroom also has a tiled shower.

Finally, Seascape Villas are located in Wild Dunes Resort. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from mid April to October 1 depending on the weather. This is a private Resort of 1600 acres. Wild Dunes features six eateries, the Sand and Sea Spa, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Finest in the State”, Island Adventures recreation programs for kids and families, and two miles of bicycle trails. The Links Golf Course Clubhouse is adjacent to property for golf enthusiasts. The Harbor Course is only a short drive from condo.

No golf carts allowed on the property at any time!

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWEL (1), BATH TOWEL SETS (8 bath towels), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (6) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also supplied is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
