312 B Shipwatch features three bedrooms, each with a TV and its own ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while Bedroom 2 features a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a private balcony.

Shipwatch At Wild Dunes is a magnificant condominium community and one of the best maintained at Wild Dunes. Featuring one of the biggest pools on the island, a additional kids's pool and a travertine tile surface, the Shipwatch swimming complex is one of the best. Other features offered at Shipwatch include a beach gazebo with an observation deck, manicured lawns, and one of only two playgrounds within Wild Dunes. Only while staying at Shipwatch can your kids swing or play on a teeter-totter as you look out towards the Atlantic.

Finally, as a guest at Wild Dunes, your family will be able to savor precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world-famed Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle units, and numerous eateries (seasonal) located on site.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
