Featuring one of the biggest pools on the island, a additional kids's pool and a travertine tile surface, the Shipwatch swimming complex is one of the best. Other features offered at Shipwatch include a beach gazebo with an observation deck, manicured lawns, and one of only two playgrounds within Wild Dunes. Only while staying at Shipwatch can your kids swing or play on a teeter-totter as you look out towards the Atlantic.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
