312 B Shipwatch features three bedrooms, each with a TV and its own ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while Bedroom 2 features a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a private balcony.

Shipwatch At Wild Dunes is a fantastic condominium community and one of the best maintained at Wild Dunes. Featuring one of the biggest pools on the island, a additional kids's pool and a travertine tile surface, the Shipwatch swimming complex is one of the best. Other features offered at Shipwatch include a beach gazebo with an observation deck, manicured lawns, and one of only two playgrounds within Wild Dunes. Only while staying at Shipwatch can your kids swing or play on a teeter-totter as you look out towards the Atlantic.

Finally, as a guest at Wild Dunes, your family will be able to appreciate precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world-famed Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle units, and numerous eateries (seasonal) located on site.

- City Ordinances prohibit home events, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a home event, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Shipwatch pool is unheated and open year-round from 9:00 AM to dusk.
- Golf carts and LSVs are not allowed at this complex.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.

- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or close by beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-complimentary environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.
