Sliding glass doors lead to a sizable private balcony overlooking the pool, complete with outdoor dining, gorgeous sunrise vistas, and convenient walk out access to the pool and beach paths.

The brand-new, entirely equipped kitchen and dining area comfortably seat six, making meals at home effortless. The condo offers two king bedrooms—a primary suite, and a guest bedroom that also includes a full-size sleeper couch—along with two full ensuite bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combination. The primary bathroom features dual sinks, while the guest bathroom also serves the hallway.

Thoughtful amenities are found throughout the unit, including in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, intelligent TVs, and a constructed-in wall safe. Extra touches like board games, books, and even a Ms. Pac-Man wall

- Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- This home features two sleeper couches.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, salon, or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
