Welcome to 108 Summerhouse! Tucked inside the coveted Wild Dunes community, this breezy beach getaway places you steps from sun-soaked days by the pool and painless access to Isle of Palms’ wide, sandy shoreline. The condo offers a laid-back, comfortable home base for families, couples, or modest groups craving the ideal blend of resort amenities and casual beachy appeal.

Inside, the roomy living room feels bright and inviting, with plush seating and room for everybody to relax. Sliding glass doors lead to a generous balcony with an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool—an ideal spot for open-air dinners and catching the sunset glow over the palms. This balcony also has direct access to the pool and beach areas right in front of the condo. A completely equipped kitchen and dining area make it effortless to savor meals at home.

Two king bedrooms, one with an additional sleeper couch, create restful escapes after full days in the sun, while two full bathrooms ensure everybody has space to refresh. With added conveniences like a washer and dryer, reliable WiFi, and plenty of room to relax, the home is designed for simple, comfortable vacation living.

Beyond the condo, you’ll have direct access from the balcony walk-out to building amenities including a shining pool and beachfront pathways that open onto the impressive Isle of Palms shoreline. The balcony also has a retractable gate for added security. Spend days swimming, strolling the waves, cycling through Wild Dunes, or exploring the local favorites close by—like the marina, golf courses, island eateries, and Charleston’s historic charm just a short drive away.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- This home features two sleeper couches.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, salon, or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

Parking Details:
- 2 parking spots available in the building lot.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be included for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
