The condo offers two king bedrooms—a primary suite, and a guest bedroom that also includes a full-size sleeper couch—along with two full ensuite bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combination. The primary bathroom features dual sinks, while the guest bathroom also serves the hallway.

- Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- This home features two sleeper couches.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, salon, or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
